Refunds & Exchanges
- Are refunds or exchanges offered?
All sales are final; however, refunds or exchanges may be considered at our discretion under certain circumstances. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us via the [Contact Us page] to initiate your claim.
- How do I request a return or exchange?
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please reach out to us via the [Contact Us page] within 7 days of delivery. Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- What if my item isn’t in new, unworn condition?
Items returned in less than perfect condition will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags still attached.
- How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Please allow 2-5 weeks for production and shipping of returned or exchanged items.
- Can I return items that are on sale?
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sizing & Fit
- How do the items fit?
For fit details, please refer to the product description page. You can also find a general size chart and specific measurements for each item.
- What if I’m unsure about sizing?

Order Issues
- My order was returned to the sender. What should I do?
If your package is returned to us, it could be due to:[Contact Us page] to resolve any issues. Returned packages will receive store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
- What if my package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If tracking states your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a lost package claim with the carrier. Once the claim is resolved, contact us via the [Contact Us page] for a replacement or store credit.
- Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- Can I change my shipping address after confirming my order?
Once an order is confirmed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Production & Shipping
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping for Pre-made prodcuts typically takes 3-5 days. For Pre-order items, please allow 2-5 weeks for production and shipping of your items. Shipping times may vary based on your location or other unforeseen circumstances. You will receive email updates when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
- Can I combine two separate orders into one shipment?
We process and ship orders separately, and we do not combine orders.
Lost or Missing Packages
- What if my package is lost or stolen?
Black Paradise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered, please work directly with the carrier to file a lost package claim. Once the claim is resolved, contact us via the [Contact Us page] to receive a replacement or store credit.
International Orders
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties and taxes in your country at the time of delivery.
- How can I pay for duties and taxes?
You can pay duties and taxes directly during checkout for a smoother shopping experience.
In-Store Policies
- Can I pick up my order in-store?
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders will be shipped to your provided address.
Fraudulent Emails
- What should I do if I receive a suspicious email?
